Two sessions of Gilmore Girls brain teasers with John. Players answer on their own phone, using the Folkic app as their in-person answering device. Doors open fifteen minutes before each session so you can get the app on your phone at the check-in table. Responses are clocked to the millisecond, so the leaderboard turns on speed as much as knowledge, with plenty of laughs and stories from the show along the way, and the top three take prizes. Seats are $25. For $25 more you can add the meet & greet upgrade at checkout: a signed 8x10, a few phone selfies, and a few minutes with John straight after your session, 4 – 4:45pm or 6 – 6:45pm.
Each seat is a separate purchase, so a party of four checks out four times. Nothing is held until a purchase is finished, so run them back to back rather than buying one now and the rest later. Each seat is a separate purchase and seats are not held between purchases. For parties of three or more, email tickets@remarkist.com and where capacity allows we will reserve them together.
Any one of three things gets you in: the confirmation number shown on the page you land on after paying, your name and the email address you paid with, or your receipt. A volunteer finds you on a printed guest list at the door, and that is all it takes. If the charge shows on your card your seat is held, and your name alone is enough to find it.
A receipt is emailed at the moment of purchase and names your session with its full date, time and the venue address. Worth keeping, because it moves the line along faster and it is the quickest way to sort out anything unexpected. If you cannot find it, email tickets@remarkist.com from the address you paid with and we will confirm your seat by return.
Doors open fifteen minutes before each session, at 2:45pm and 4:45pm. Use that window to get the Folkic app onto your phone at the check-in table, since it is your answering device once the game starts. If someone else is collecting for you, give us their exact full name at checkout or email us before the day.
Refunds are available any time up to Saturday, October 24, 14 days before the event, for any reason, returning the purchase price less the payment processing fee. After that we cannot refund, because the seat is being held and it is hard to resell this close in. If we cancel, or cannot deliver something you have paid for, the full amount comes back including the fee and you do not need to ask.
A seat can be transferred to someone else any time before it is redeemed. Email tickets@remarkist.com from the address you paid with, with the subject “Ticket Transfer” and the exact full name of the person taking your place.
Come to us before you go to your bank. Completing checkout agrees to our Live Events Terms, which set out refunds, transfers and cancellations in full, and we answer card disputes with that agreement and the purchase record attached. A dispute takes weeks to resolve. An email to us takes about a day and can actually fix whatever went wrong.
